More and more shops start their Black Friday deals in the second half of October. This run-up is called pre-Black Friday: a long lead-in with early offers, countdown deals and sometimes first access for newsletter subscribers. That can be good value, but a long campaign also makes it hard to see what is a genuinely good price. We show the deals shops publish themselves, with source and check date, and we sell no paid position as an organic one. The period is an expected one.
